Responsible Gaming Commitment —
Stay Safe at bck99
bck99 believes enjoyable gaming is only possible when it is safe and within limits. Your protection is our highest priority.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — but they can sometimes develop into an addiction. bck99 always wants every player to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled way. Playing on our platform is not just about winning or losing — it is an entertaining experience where staying within limits is the wisest approach.
Millions of people in Bangladesh have a deep passion for cricket, football, and other sports. bck99 offers the opportunity to enjoy that excitement in a safe digital environment. To ensure that enjoyment never becomes harmful, we provide multiple layers of protection.
Remember: bck99 is only for individuals aged 21 and above. Opening an account or playing as a minor is strictly prohibited.
Our Commitment to Responsibility
bck99 is a safe and reliable platform. Through SSL encryption, fair play policies, and player-friendly protection tools, we ensure your gaming experience remains positive at all times.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. If you want to increase the limit, a set waiting period applies — to prevent impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During the time-out, you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can activate long-term self-exclusion. Once this option is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
Betting History Review
You can view a detailed history of all your transactions and betting activity at any time. Reviewing your own spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Extended Play Alert
If you have been playing for a long time, bck99 will alert you. Taking regular breaks is not only healthy — it also helps you maintain the ability to make sound decisions.
24/7 Support Service
For any issue, contact us via live chat or email. Our support team is available around the clock and ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Assess Yourself
Think through the questions below. If the answer to any of them is "yes", consider seeking support.
- Are you spending more than your set budget?
- Are you playing repeatedly to recover money you have lost?
- Are you hiding your betting from family or friends?
- Do you feel restless or unhappy when you are not playing?
- Is betting affecting your daily responsibilities or relationships?
- Are you spending more time on gaming than on sleep or eating?
