1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between bck99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing or using any part of bck99.bar, you agree to comply with these Terms.

bck99 reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Communication & Applicability

These Terms have been prepared in English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. These Terms were last updated in 2026.

2 Registration & Account Policy

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register under your own identity — not on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity.
• Each person may hold only one account.

2.2 Verification Process

bck99 may request official documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bck99 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — mobile banking.
• Nagad — postal department mobile wallet.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet.
• Upay — mobile banking service.

3.2 Minimum Limits

For all payment methods, the minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to banking or technical issues.

3.4 Transaction Validity

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Certain conditions apply for the bonus to be eligible, as detailed below.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• The original deposit or bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bck99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, bck99 may cancel the bonus.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits & Eligibility

bck99 offers the opportunity to participate in sports betting, casino games, and live dealer games. Each game or betting market may have specific limits, which will be displayed on the relevant page.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

bck99 is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using two or more accounts to claim bonuses or gain advantages.
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to participate in games.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.

5.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted or incorrectly completed due to a technical issue, bck99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the stake.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

bck99's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrade criteria are determined at bck99's discretion. Separate terms may apply to cashback and rewards, which will be communicated at the time of the reward.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are entirely prohibited on the bck99 platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of minors or for their use.
• Reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other members or bck99 staff.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or operations of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bck99's Rights

bck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unethical activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Access from a prohibited country or region.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To request account closure, contact our support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure (free of bonus wagering requirements) will be returned.

9 Data Protection & Privacy

11 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will bck99's total liability exceed the most recent amount deposited in your account.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

14.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

14.3 Waiver

If bck99 does not enforce any condition, that shall not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce that condition in the future.
